What Cozy Paws collects
Contact details, pet care information, booking history, and the access details you intentionally provide so Maggie can deliver care. Payment card data is not collected in V1.
How it is used
To provide requested pet care, communicate about appointments, maintain safe routines, and operate the business. Customer data is not sold.
Access and isolation
Customers can access only their own household’s data. Maggie’s authorized owner account has business access. Sensitive entry and private owner notes are separately protected and never included in public service data.
